A famous Nokia ringtone is derived from the first part of this piece of classical guitar music.

Everybody’s probably heard this ringtone a million times.

Gran Vals is composed by Spanish composer and guitarist, Francisco Tárrega (1852-1909.)

Francisco Tárrega is considered one of the greatest classical guitar composer of all time.

The following are my settings, video recording and sheet music:

Guitar: Stephan Schlemper 2003

Strings: Galli Titanium treble, GR65 bass (normal tension) (6 months old)

Microphone: Sony ECM-MS907
