I used 2 different guitars with the same kind of string, LaBella 2001 Classical MHT, to play this piece of music.
This is a very close version as guitarist John Williams‘.
Note that 5th=G, 6th=C.

I think the problem is caused by your browser settings. When you click on that link, your browser is trying to load an PDF file reader in stead of downloading the file.

I don’t have that Nocturne in key of C. You might have to switch 2 full steps down from E to C, and re-arrange all fingerings.
