It happens when I click on some of the links on the following page,

http://wordpress.org/development/2009/04/the-super-awesome-wordpress-24-hour-has-patch-marathon/

I think these links are safe. The problem is, WordPress.org is using https URLs, but the SSL certificate is invalid. What a pitiful bug!
